‍Article 2 — Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through cherieloop.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

‍Article 3 — The Offer
All products are handmade in limited quantities. Cherie Loop reserves the right to withdraw or adjust any offer at any time. All prices shown include Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable. Cherie Loop reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

‍Article 4 — The Agreement
An agreement is concluded when you place an order and receive a confirmation email. Cherie Loop reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion.

‍Article 5 — Prices
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Cherie Loop is not responsible for customs fees or import duties for international orders.

‍Article 6 — Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. Cherie Loop accepts payment methods as shown at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.

‍Article 7 — Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Cherie Loop is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.

‍Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
Under Dutch consumer law (Wet Koop op Afstand) you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To exercise this right contact us at contact@cherieloop.com within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized orders.

‍Article 9 — Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to contact@cherieloop.com. Cherie Loop will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint you have the right to submit it to the Geschillencommissie via www.degeschillencommissie.nl or the European ODR platform via www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

‍Article 10 — Privacy
Cherie Loop processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG). Your data is used solely for processing your order and will never be sold to third parties. For more information see our Privacy Policy.

‍Article 11 — Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
