‍At Cherie Loop, every pair is made by hand and sent with care. If something isn't right, I want to make it right

Your right to return
Under Dutch and EU consumer law (Wet Koop op Afstand) you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:
· The earrings must be unworn
· In their original packaging
· Undamaged

‍How to return
Contact me first at contact@cherieloop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. I will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. I recommend using a tracked shipping method as Cherie Loop cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

‍Refunds
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

‍Exceptions
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

‍Received a damaged item?
Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@cherieloop.com with a photo of the damage. I will resolve it personally.
